If your arrival is earlier than the designated Check In time, you are more than welcome to leave your luggage with the concierge.
No Smoking or Vaping
Must be 25 years old and older to book.
No events or parties allowed.
The total number of guests shall not exceed maximum allowed at any given moment.
Pet Policy
$50 Pet Fee Additional per Night, per Pet
2 Pet Maximum
60 lb Limit
$250 Pet Damage Policy per Pet. An additional $250 per pet preauthorization is required at time of check-in. This is to cover any pet damages that occur during your stay.
Cancelation Policy
95% of paid prepayments are refundable when canceled 90 days before arrival or earlier.
Paid prepayments are non-refundable (0% refundable) if cancelled within 90 days of check-in.
Damage Deposit
A pre-authorization of $500 is due at time of Check-In.
